Experience:
• Experience from technical support and technical training is necessary;
• Good Scania products knowledge and understanding technical literature are preferred;
• Experience from work on Scania trucks and buses is preferred;
• Be familiar with training system is preferred;
• 2 years or above working experience

Language:
• Fluently spoken and written Chinese Mandarin;
• Basic spoken and written  technical English;

Computer skill:
• Be familiar with MS office

Education:
• Bachelor degree in technical, auto or mechanic field

Responsibilities
• Administration of TMS, Scania’s Training Management System
• Responsible for updating and managing subscription of workshop package.
• Ensure that Dealers have adequate subscriptions on software, literatures and special tools.
• Responsible for technical failure reporting to and from FRAS
• Ensure that Technical Departments KPI’s defined by Technical Support Manager are reported on regular basis.
• Co-ordination of Technical Helpdesk
• Collect Top Ten failure list from market and report on regular basis.
• Coordinate technical meetings for SCN and Dealers/Partners.

• Be adaptable and equipped with a great amount of common sense;
• Be a good and organised administrator used to handle information both in and out going
• Shanghai Hukou is preferred

Position 2: Parts Marketing Specialist

Location: Shanghai

Experience:
• Bachelor degree or above in engineering, economic or marketing
• More than 2 years working experience in marketing activities
• Experience in truck, auto or construction machine industry preferred
• Fluent English and Chinese in written and verbal communication
• Team-spirit, customer-focus
• Self-motivated, mature and pressure bearable

Language:

Responsibilities:
• Assist parts manager to develop marketing activity plan in China region
• Prepare marketing materials according the parts marketing planning, include composing, translation, editing, printing and distributing
• Assist parts manager in competition investigation and analysis
• Support dealers to implement the approved marketing activity plans
• Support dealers in parts showroom decoration
• Prepare parts corner/booth for parts exhibitions
• Assist parts manager in parts business data analysis
• Other tasks assigned by parts manager
