• Strong technical background

• Some years experience form the commercial vehicles industry

The responsibilities included but not limited to:
主要工作职责：

• Be an internal expert on general body builder issues
  做为解决所有上装厂问题的内部专家
• Be an internal specialist in using the Scania body builder tools
  做为使用斯堪尼亚上装工具的内部专家
• Be a liaison person between Scania China and Scania Sweden for technical issues in more depth related to body builder question
  做为斯堪尼亚中国与斯堪尼亚总部的联络人,在上装技术方面的问题更深的了解
• Be a support resource for Chinese body builders, ensuring that they at all times adhere to the Scania Body Builder Manual
  做为中国上装厂的支持资源,确保所有上装厂遵循斯堪尼亚上装厂手册
• Be a driving person in optimizing existing trailer and superstructure design 
  优化现有挂车和上装的设计的主要负责人
• Be a driving person in introducing new concepts to China
  把新的理念在中国推广的主要负责人
• Keep close contacts with Scania China strategic body builder partners
  与斯堪尼亚中国上装战略合作伙伴保持密切联系
